This course will be discussing tendinopathy regarding the etiology and clinical applications. There are many mechanical risk factors for tendinopathy that need to be part of the clinical assessment and treatment plan. Understanding where the pain is coming from will help determine the treatment plan. There are many novel treatments for tendinopathy that are emerging, but more research is needed.

Description:

This course will go over the risk factors and to have a better understanding the various terms regarding tendon injuries. The many treatment options will be discussed.

Identify and diagnose tendinopathy
Describe the pathophysiology of tendinopathy
Discuss the treatment options for tendinopathy
